Great advice for 1st time buyers from the staff, Nick was down to earth and helped me, even threw in a FREE CBT test and discount off my bike gear. Ash was my instructor for the day who made me feel relaxed and any questions or concerns I had he answered me and put me at ease, even though I kept forgetting to knock my indicators off he was very patient n joked. All staff who passed me said hello and some had quick chat very friendly, Great day looking forward to picking my new bike up!!

FIVE STAR. Coming from a customer centric background and organisation myself, I know what good looks like - and Nick at Robinsons is OUTSTANDING. Having spent the last 22 years in a car the only thing I knew about bikes was that they have two wheels - that was until I was fortunate enough to visit Robinsons and get some advice from Nick. On entering the showroom I was acknowledged but not hassled, had a pressure free chat about a bike I was interested in. I was able to ask all the questions I had about what kind of licence/test/CBT I needed, how to secure the bike etc... Good genuine family like care and old fashioned values. Explained I was in a bit of a rush for delivery and Nick pulled out all the stops to get me the right delivery date. Pricing felt right while I was there but once I got home and clicked around on AutoTrader/various platforms was delighted to discover Robinsons are more than competitive in this space. On delivery day Nick gave me a no rush full handover and explanation of the bike's controls and made sure I was fully comfortable before leaving. Good sized car park for you to have a bit of a practice on too before going on the road. Nick advised me about when the bike would be due a service and indicated how much notice would be required to book in. While on site I visited their parts/spares/accessories dept and again received a great experience - advisor explained the various options, how sizes worked, what I should be looking for in the most important bit of kit, the helmet. I noticed they also had deals going - i.e first time rider packages and some discounted items. Great advice on the various security products too. In summary if you're a new rider who needs to learn everything, a time served rider who wants an upgrade, a millionaire where money is no object, or someone looking for a competitive deal, then this is place to visit. Do yourself a solid favor - call Robinsons, and ask for Nick. Thanks again - look forward to coming for a look round when the bike needs its first service - no doubt will have a couple of teenagers and mother-in-law in tow who now also seem to be getting the two wheeled bug!

I've just bought a new Kawasaki bike from Robinsons, and ended up part-exchanging one of my existing machines. The salesman Andy was attentive, knowledgeable, friendly and professional and put an excellent deal together for me. Despite COVID19 and a very obviously busy dealership now the lockdown is relaxed somewhat, the bike was prepared and delivered not just on time but early. A very good experience, I've used this dealership in the past. They were good then and still are. One very happy customer thank you very much. Good work guys!
