Meet The Team

Kris has been in the motor industry for nearly 30 years and with Robinsons since 2011, he was promoted to Sales Manager in 2017 and has pushed the sales team forward with great success. Always positive and loves working in the industry. Kris has ridden since the age of 8 and still loves to throw his leg over the sports bikes.

The longest standing member of the sales team ( 21 years ) . What can you say about Nick that's not already been said ?? Unique in his approach to life/work and always eager to help and advise his many regular customers.

Yorkshire Rob joined the sales team in 2017 and has been in the motor industry over 30 years so brought with him a wealth of knowledge and experience. Rob looks after the Kawasaki side of the business and has a great passion for the product and enjoys the yearly jaunt to spain for work related riding/drinking. If you are after a bit banter and a great buying experience Rob is your man.

Lindsay joined us at Robinsons in 2019 and covers everything admin related in the business. She isn't a biker as yet but we will be pushing her next year to get on two wheels. She, as you can tell by her name, is married to one of the other members of the team so she has had bikes around her for a fair few years. In the short time Lindsay has been with us she has fit in perfectly and is a great asset to the business.

Andy has been with the company for a few years now and started here at Robinsons in 2019, he has been in the motor trade for a fair few years and loves the buzz of a sale. Andy is a keen biker and has always had a bike of some description in his garage. He is also a keen outdoors type of guy and loves all outdoor activities from wind surfing to mountain climbing.

If you ever wondered why our bikes look so good then this man is the reason. Mark has been a valeter for many years and is passionate about his work but does love 5:30 on a friday afternoon.

Lee has been at Robinsons many years and has a well deserved reputation for excellent customer service - along with a wealth of knowledge on anything parts related for all the brands we offer. Lee can be a little shy - we managed to corner him for this rare picture !

'Mike on a bike' joined the team in early 2019 . As his name implies he rides daily all year round - he knows first hand how important it is to have the right gear for all weathers , come and have a chat with Mike anytime and have a look at the wide range we have in our shop upstairs here at Robinsons , whether its budget, middle or or top of the range Mike can make sure you get the right product. We've put his picture on the side for a reason ;-)

Josh is our senior technician and current holder of the Kawasaki IMI master techinician award! He has been working hard with Robinsons for the last 5 years. Totalling 13 years worth of experience to call upon for all the jobs we have going through our workshop. Josh is also one of our MOT Testers and really takes pride in making sure our workshop equipment and the rest of the team are all up to date. ( wheelies not condoned unless in safe environment ;-) ! )

The youngest member of our workshop team is Brandon. He has been with us man and boy from the early days as our apprentice 8 years ago to now being in the final stages of becoming our latest MOT Tester. He is qualified up to Yamaha Silver technical level, has an NVQ at level 3 for motorcycle repair and maintenance and loves getting stuck into his work.

Arthur Proctor is the newest member of our workshop team but has been a technician for over 16 years. Having previously been with Honda and achieving Honda master technician status, Arthur joined our team and brings with him a wealth of knowledge. He is also an MOT tester and is always on hand to offer advise to all.

Justin has been with Robinsons for over 30 years!!! Previously being the service manager but prefering to get his hands dirty, has been back as part of the workshop workforce for 6 years! Justin has a wealth of knowledge with electrical issues and really does crack on with the work he is given and never see's anything as a challenge that can't be overcome !

Finn has recently joined us as a trainee in the after sales department focusing on learning all aspects of the after sales side of the business. He has a keen passion for motorbikes and rides his 125 daily along with going to many Rallies around the country. Hopefully he will be getting his full licence soon and will progress to the big stuff.
