Tyre warmer set description
This electronic controller lets you choose from three temperature ranges – 50°C for rain tyres, 80°C, and 100°C based on the specifications of the tyre manufacturer. The carbon-fiber heating element is arranged transversely in a double circuit, ensuring optimal heating of the tyre's flank. It is coated in a heat-conducting silicone layer for maximum strength and protection from damage, while a special non-stick material with interwoven copper strands aids in optimized heat conduction from the tyre warmer to the tread.
Elasticated side covers ensure an excellent fit, while the insulating layer prevents heat loss to the exterior. The tyre warmer set is made from a water-repellent, oil and fuel-proof, fire and rip-resistant material, and is CE-certified. It operates on 230 VAC, 50 - 60 Hz, with a Euro plug, and fits tyre sizes ranging from 180/55 - 17 at its minimum to 200/60 - 17 at its maximum. - Optimum tyre temperature is achieved after only 30 minutes or so and then stabilized by a high-precision thermostat (+/-1°C)
- LED for monitoring the set temperature and the current status (heating up/maintaining temperature level)
- The electronic controller enables selection of three temperature ranges:
- 50° C for rain tyres, 80° C and 100° C subject to tyre manufacturer specifications
- The carbon-fiber heating element is arranged transversely in a double circuit and ensures optimum heating of the tyre flank. The carbon fiber is coated in a heat-conducting silicone layer for maximum strength and protection from damage. A special non-stick material with interwoven copper strands ensures optimized heat conduction from the tyre warmer to the tread.
