Deposit from £199 Prices from £5749.The 450 Himalayan is an evolutionary leap ahead of it's predecessor, with it's new 450 Sherpa engine which produces an astonishing 40 bhp & 40 nm of torque. The Sherpa gives you 90% of its torque from 3000rpm upwards giving you that all important low down grunt that we have come to know & love from the Himalayan. Coupled with a new 6 speed gearbox, overtaking performance is transformed with 60% + more power higher up in the rev range., The all new twin-spar frame is a work of art, the Himalayan is now stiffer & stronger with showa suspension with 200mm of travel at each end. Thanks to the wizardry at the design team shifting the airbox above the motor, the bike is now narrower between the legs making for a much nicer riding position & again better control over the bike. This also increases wading capability. The team have given the bike more ground clearance - now 230mm yet due to the clever adjustable seat height we haven't lost the Himalayans accessibility & have managed to get a seat height of 805mm- 845mm & a dry weight of just 181kg., If the engine & chassis hasn't wet your appetite enough, Royal Enfield have worked closely with Google to create the worlds first full map navigation on a circular display controlled by a single joystick on the switchgear!! The bike has just the right amount of technology like the new Tripper, ride by wire, and rider modes. And it keeps the true essence of a Himalayan - pure motorcycling. There are three variants. The Base variant is Kaza Brown at £5749. The Pass variant is Slate Himalayan Salt & Slate Poppy Blue at £5849. Then the range topper is the Summit available in Hanle Black £6049 & Kamet White £6249.
